In accordance with Article 2, Section 4(b)1 and 4(b)3 of the ATDA Constitution and By Laws, National dues will increase from $80.05 to $83.15 per month effective October 1, 2009. System dues must be added to this amount to determine monthly rates on each Road. Please see the attached sheet for total monthly amounts on each road.

b. (1) The monthly National dues of all Active members of this Association, except as otherwise provided in this Section, shall be determined annually by multiplying the average trick train dispatcher total daily rate of pay (eight hours straight time pay plus allowances) in effect on July 1 by .295 and rounding up to the next five cents, provided such dues shall not be less than what was in effect on the preceding June 30.

(3) Any increase in dues in accordance with this Sec. 4.b. shall become effective on the following October 1.
